My Worries about E learning

Whilst the idea of using computers for pupils is a nice one I am worried about how it actually helps them.
I remember the first lesson I observed in teaching was a laptop lesson looking at the lifecycle of a blowfly. Pupils copied and pasted some excellent posters but learnt nothing.
I worry that without interaction there is no learning and doesnt e learning remove that?
A good teacher can turn a groups results around, can a computerised program be efficient enough in school to actually create a good learning atmosphere....maybe it should just facilitate learning and be used more in homeworks? Will think about that next time.
